3. Job Set-up
Subtask 52-35-13-010-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Get Access
(1) Open the FWD or AFT cargo-compartment door and install the actuator safety locks (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position for the applicable cargo compartment door.
(3) Remove the ball strips and the ball mat to get access to the limit switch of the door sill latch (Ref. AMM TASK 25-52-22-000-001).

4. Procedure
Subtask 52-35-13-020-054-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Limit Switch 2507MJ
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the receptacle of the actuator.
(2) Put the CAP-BLANKING on each disconnected electrical connector and receptacle.
(3) Disconnect the wires of the cable harness (3) from the limit switch (4). Tag and identify each wire as it is disconnected.

WARNING: USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.

(4) Cut and remove the lockwire from the adjustment nut (5) and the lock nut (11).
(5) Remove the lock nut (11) and the lock washer (10) from the limit switch (4).
(6) Remove the limit switch (4) together with the adjustment nut (5) and the serrated washer (9) from the door sill latch (2).
