A. Removal of the Bush
(1) Remove the bush.
(2) Make sure that you do not apply heat the part on which the bush is installed. If you do, you can cause damage to the internal structure of the part which is made of aluminum alloy.
(3) Clean the part with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) to remove the remaining bonding compound.
(4) Dry carefully.
(5) Make sure that the surface is clean.

B. Installation of the Bush
(1) Cold-curing with an activator
(a) Apply Dry lubricant-Anti Seizing PTFE Loaded - (Material No.03QDB1) on the inner side of the bush to prevent damage by sealing compound.
(b) Apply Adhesive Activator-- Anaerobic - (Material No.05XAB1) on areas that you must bond and then apply Retaining adhesive-Cylindrical fitting Medium strength - (Material No.05ABE1) .
(c) Turn the bush to engage it.
(d) You must not touch the bonded surfaces with your fingers.
(e) Hold the bush in its hole with a PLIERS - JAWED, SOFT.
(f) Let cure for four hours at 23 deg.C (73.40 deg.F).

NOTE: It is necessary to use the activator in less than two minutes.

(2) Warm-curing without activator
(a) Apply Dry lubricant-Anti Seizing PTFE Loaded - (Material No.03QDB1) on the inner side of the bush to prevent damage by sealing compound.
(b) Apply the activator Retaining adhesive-Cylindrical fitting Medium strength - (Material No.05ABE1) on areas that you must bond.
(c) Turn the bush to engage it.
(d) You must not touch the bonded surfaces with your fingers.
(e) Hold the bush in its hole with a PLIERS - JAWED, SOFT.
(f) Let cure for four hours at 84 deg.C (183.20 deg.F) with the thermocouples which are in the bush.
