B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) in position:

in the cockpit on the Engine Control Panel 115VU to tell persons not to start the engine(s)
in the cockpit on the AIR COND Overhead Control Panel 30VU to tell persons not to push in the APU BLEED pushbutton switch
on the HP ground connector to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.

(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position below the access panel 192FB.

C. Remove the access panel 192FB.

4. Procedure
Subtask 36-12-52-020-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Crossbleed Valve
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the crossbleed valve (2).
(2) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connector and on the receptacle.
(3) Remove the nut (12), the washer (11), the screw (9) and the bonding strap (10).
(4) Loosen the nut (5) and remove the clamp (3).
(5) Loosen the nut (6) and remove the clamp (7).
(6) Remove the crossbleed valve (2).
(7) Put a CAP - BLANKING on the pneumatic duct flanges (4) and (8).

Subtask 36-12-52-020-052-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Removal of the Crossbleed Valve
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the crossbleed valve (2).
(2) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connector and on the receptacle.
(3) Remove the muff (13).
(4) Remove the nut (12), the washer (11), the screw (9) and the bonding strap (10).
(5) Loosen the nut (5) and remove the clamp (3).
(6) Loosen the nut (6) and remove the clamp (7).
(7) Remove the crossbleed valve (2).
(8) Put a CAP - BLANKING on the pneumatic duct flanges (4) and (8).
