B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft fuselage is in the horizontal position.
(2) If not, do the precise leveling (Ref. AMM TASK 08-22-00-200-001).

(2) If not, do the precise leveling (Ref. AMM TASK 08-22-00-200-001).
Subtask 33-46-11-820-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Adjustment of the Take Off Light with the Tool
(1) Install the 98D33403500000 ADJUSTING TOOL-TAKE OFF LIGHT on the light.
(2) Set the clinometer to an angle of 0 deg. + or - 2 minutes. Put it against the tool (3) to make sure that the installation is vertical.
(3) Adjust the tool (3) if necessary and tighten the nuts (2).
(4) Angular adjustment of the take off light
(a) Set the clinometer to an angle of 0 deg. 12 minutes + or - 2 minutes (nose up).
(b) Put the clinometer on the applicable zone of the tool, perpendicular to the light and attach it with the STRAP - ATTACHMENT.
(c) Tighten or loosen the nuts (1) of the lower fork to get the angle of 0 deg. 12 minutes + or - 2 minutes.
(d) Tighten the nuts (1) and make sure that the adjustment is correct.
(e) Remove the clinometer and the 98D33403500000 ADJUSTING TOOL-TAKE OFF LIGHT.

Subtask 33-46-11-865-077-A (1) Install the 98D33403500000 ADJUSTING TOOL-TAKE OFF LIGHT on the light.

(4) Angular adjustment of the take off light
(a) Set the clinometer to an angle of 0 deg. 12 minutes + or - 2 minutes (nose up).
(b) Put the clinometer on the applicable zone of the tool, perpendicular to the light and attach it with the STRAP - ATTACHMENT.
(c) Tighten or loosen the nuts (1) of the lower fork to get the angle of 0 deg. 12 minutes + or - 2 minutes.
(d) Tighten the nuts (1) and make sure that the adjustment is correct.
(e) Remove the clinometer and the 98D33403500000 ADJUSTING TOOL-TAKE OFF LIGHT.
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(f) Safety the nuts (1) together with B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

Adjustment of the Take Off Light
