A. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

4. Procedure
Subtask 33-46-11-420-050-D

A. Installation of the Take Off Light
(1) Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(2) Do an inspection of the component interfaces and the adjacent area.
(3) For the Light Emitting Diode (LED) take-off light:
(a) Make sure that the lens retainer assembly of the LED take-off light is in the correct condition.
(4) For the incandescent lamp or the alternative halogen-lamp assembly:
(a) Make sure that the filament of the bulb and the lens of the optical unit are in the correct condition.
(5) Make sure that the clamp is correctly installed.
(6) Apply Non Hardening Jointing Putty-Medium Temp. Area - - (Material No.06LCG9) to the screws (2) and (3).
(7) Put the light (6) in position in the lower fork of the support (1).
(8) Install the screw (3) in the support (1).
(9) Install the washer (4) and the nut (5).
(10) TORQUE the nut (5) to between 0.75 and 0.6 m.daN (66.37 and 53.10 lbf.in )

(11) Turn the light (6) to the upper forks.
(12) Install the screws (2) in the support (1).
(13) Install the washers (10) and nuts (9).
(14) TORQUE the nuts (9) to between 0.75 and 0.6 m.daN (66.37 and 53.10 lbf.in )

(15) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (8) and the socket (7).
(16) Make sure that the electrical connector (8) and the socket (7) are in the correct condition.
(17) Connect the electrical connector (8) to the socket (7) and lock it.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):
