B. Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position.

C. Make sure that the access door 811 is open.

4. Procedure
Subtask 30-45-45-420-051-A

A. Installation of the Check Valve and the Reservoir
(1) Install a new AIPC 30-45-01-04-080 O-RING (13) or AIPC 30-45-81-04-060 O-RING (13) on the union (14).
(2) Install the union (14) on the reservoir (9) and tighten the union.
(3) Install a new AIPC 30-45-01-04-080 O-RING (16) or AIPC 30-45-81-04-060 O-RING (16) on the plug (17).
(4) Install the plug (17) on the reservoir (9) and tighten the plug.
(5) Install a new AIPC 30-45-01-04-040 O-RING (11) or AIPC 30-45-81-04-030 O-RING (11) on the plug (12).
(6) Install the plug (12) on the reservoir (9) and tighten the plug.
(7) Install a new AIPC 30-45-01-04-080 O-RING (7) or AIPC 30-45-81-04-060 O-RING (7) with the union (6).
(8) Install the union (6) with its O-ring on the reservoir (9) and tighten.
(9) Install a new AIPC 30-45-01-04-080 O-RING (5) or AIPC 30-45-81-04-060 O-RING (5) on the check valve (4).
(10) Install the check valve (4) on the union (6) and tighten the check valve.
(11) Install a new AIPC 30-45-01-04-040 O-RING (3) or AIPC 30-45-81-04-030 O-RING (3) on the union (2).
(12) Install the union (2) with its O-ring on the check valve (4) and tighten the union.
(13) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.
(14) Install the reservoir (9) and the clamps (8) and (10).Do not fully tighten the clamps at this time.
(15) Connect and tighten the line (15) on the union (14).
(16) Connect the elbow (1) to the union (2) and tighten the elbow.

B. Visual Inspection
(1) Make sure that the reservoir (9) is correctly installed.
(2) Make sure that there are no leaks.

C. Tighten the clamps (8) and (10).

A. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

B. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the access door 811.
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
