NOTE: The task 27-54-00-220-006-B is NOT applicable for these aircraft:

Background:
Pre SB 57-1147 and pre SB 57-1158 (A321) there is a hook attachment to attach the sliding panel to the flap trunnion at the flap track carriage no. 1.
This hook can cause wear marks on the rubbing pads which protect the trunnion.
It is necessary to use the ISB 57-1133 to make sure that the wear marks are in the limits.

The SB 57-1147 and SB 57-1158 (A321) introduce a new attachment with a hinge joint and a bracket. The hook attachment is removed but the rubbing pads (with the wear marks) stay installed.
Before the embodiment of the SB 57-1147 and SB 57-1158 (A321) it is necessary to do the ISB 57-1133.
Refer to the related flowchart: if damage to the trunnion is in allowable damage limits, no more inspection is necessary.
Because the hook attachment is no longer installed, there is no risk that the wear on the pads will become worse.
