3. Job Set-up

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Open the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
   (2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at the opening for the aft cargo-compartment door.
   (3) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) on the control panel of the cargo loading system to tell persons not to use it.
   (4) Remove the cargo nets and the stanchions from the aft cargo compartment, if they are installed.
   (5) Do not remove the Type A1 divider net, if it is installed across the cargo compartment at FR59.

4. Procedure

A. Preparation for Installation
   (1) For the repair of the floor panels:

B.    (1) Lower and unlock the door sill latches (7) and (8).
   (2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (3) Install the bulk-loading floor panels in the sequence which follows:
     (a) Install the Panel A6 (2642MM) (6), between FR47 and FR49/50.
     (b) Install the Panel A9 (2643MM)(5), between FR49/50 and FR51/52.
     (c) Install the Panel A10 (2644MM)(4), between FR51/52 and FR53/54.
     (d) Install the Panel A5 (2647MM) (1), between FR56/57 and FR58/59.
     (e) Install the Panel A4 (2646MM) (2), between FR54/55 and FR56/57.
     (f) Install the Panel FA2 (2645MM) (3), between FR53/54 and FR54/55.
   (4) Make sure that the locking pin (17) of the Panel A4 (2) is installed correctly in its locating hole in the Panel FA2 (3).
   (5) Make sure that you have access to the attachment points for the cargo nets and the stanchions.
   (6) Make sure that the edge of each panel fully touches the edge of the adjacent panel(s).
   (7) Make sure that the clearance "A" between the spacing block (12) of the Panel A5 (1) and the vertical faces of the end stop (11) is 3.2 mm (0.1260 in.). If necessary, do the subsequent steps:
     (a) Loosen the nuts (15).
     (b) Move the spacing block (12) on its slots (16) until the clearance "A" is correct.
     (c) Tighten the nuts (15).
   (8) Make sure that the clearance "A" between the spacing block (14) of the Panel A6 (6) and the vertical faces of the end stop (13) is 3.2 mm (0.1260 in.). If necessary, do the subsequent steps:
     (a) Loosen the nuts (15).
     (b) Move the spacing block (14) on its slots (16) until the clearance "A" is correct.
     (c) Tighten the nuts (15).
   (9) Lift and lock the door sill latches (7) and (8).
   (10) Make sure that the aft cargo-compartment door closes and opens correctly, and does not touch the bulk-loading floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).

A. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
   (1) Install the necessary cargo nets and the stanchions in the aft cargo compartment.
   (2) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
   (3) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (4) Close the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
