3. Job Set-up

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Open the forward cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
   (2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE in position at the opening for the forward cargo-compartment door.
   (3) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) on the control panel of the cargo loading system to tell persons not to use it.
   (4) Remove the cargo nets and the stanchions from the forward cargo compartment, if they are installed.

4. Procedure

A. Preparation for Installation
   (1) For the repair of the floor panels:

B. Installation of the Bulk-Loading Floor Panels in the Forward Cargo Compartment
   (1) Lower and unlock the door sill latches (9) and (10).
   (2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (3) Install the bulk-loading floor panels in the sequence which follows:
     (a) Install the Panel F1 (2547MM) (1) between FR35.2/35.3 and FR35.4/35.5.
     (b) Install the Panel F2 (2546MM) (2) between FR35/35.1 and FR35.2/35.3.
     (c) Install the Panel FA1 (2545MM) (3) between FR33/34 and FR35/35.1.
     (d) Install the Panel FA1 (2544MM) (4) between FR31/32 and FR33/34.
     (e) Install the Panel F2 (2543MM) (5) between FR29/30 and FR31/32.
     (f) Install the Panel F3 (2542MM) (6) between FR27/28 and FR29/30.
     (g) Install the Panel F4 (2540MM) (8) between FR24A and FR26/27.
     (h) Install the Panel FA2 (2541MM) (7) between FR26/27 and FR27/28.
   (4) Make sure that the locking pin (21) of the Panel F4 (8) is correctly installed in its locating hole in the Panel FA2 (7).
   (5) Make sure that you have access to the attachment points for the cargo nets and the stanchions.
   (6) Make sure that the edge of each panel fully touches the edge of the adjacent panel(s).
   (7) Make sure that the clearance "A" between the spacing block (16) of the Panel F1 (1) and the vertical faces of the end stop (15) is 3.2 mm (0.1260 in.). If necessary, do the subsequent steps:
     (a) Loosen the nuts (19).
     (b) Move the spacing block (16) on its slots (20) until the clearance "A" is correct.
     (c) Tighten the nuts (19).
   (8) Make sure that the clearance "A" between the spacing block (18) of the Panel F4 (8) and the vertical faces of the end stop (17) is 3.2 mm (0.1260 in.). If necessary, do the subsequent steps:
     (a) Loosen the nuts (19).
     (b) Move the spacing block (18) on its slots (20) until the clearance "A" is correct.
     (c) Tighten the nuts (19).
   (9) Lift and lock the door sill latches (9) and (10).
   (10) Make sure that the forward cargo-compartment door closes and opens correctly, and does not touch the bulk-loading floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
5. Close-up

A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
   (1) Install the necessary cargo nets and the stanchions in the forward cargo compartment.
   (2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
   (4) Close the forward cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
   (5) Remove the access platform(s).

B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged:
