(1) Open the forward cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) in position at the opening of the forward cargo-compartment door.
(3) Put the WARNING NOTICE(S) on the control panel of the cargo loading system to tell persons not to use it.

A. Removal of the Upper Y-Guide
(1) Hold the upper Y-guide (3).
(2) Remove the screws (1) and (4) and the washers (2) from the mountings (5) and (6).
(3) Remove the upper Y-guide (3) with the mountings (5) and (6).
