A. Replacement of the Spring of the Pins Stowage Box
(1) Lift and remove the pins stowage box from the coat stowage.
(2) Open the door (1).
(3) Remove the used rivets (3) and discard them.
(4) Remove the stop (2) and the used spring (4).
(5) Discard the used spring (4).
(6) Drill the pins stowage box and the new spring (4) to 3.3 -0.05 mm or +0.05 mm (0.1299 -0.0020 in. or +0.0020 in.) diameter at applicable location.
(7) Put the new spring (4) with the stop (2) in position.
(8) Install the new rivets (3) (ASNA2051DCJ032-10).
(9) Close the door (1).
(10) Put the pins stowage box in position.
5. Close-up(1) Lift and remove the pins stowage box from the coat stowage.
(2) Open the door (1).
(3) Remove the used rivets (3) and discard them.
(4) Remove the stop (2) and the used spring (4).
(5) Discard the used spring (4).
(6) Drill the pins stowage box and the new spring (4) to 3.3 -0.05 mm or +0.05 mm (0.1299 -0.0020 in. or +0.0020 in.) diameter at applicable location.
(7) Put the new spring (4) with the stop (2) in position.
(8) Install the new rivets (3) (ASNA2051DCJ032-10).
(9) Close the door (1).
(10) Put the pins stowage box in position.
