3. Job Set-up
Subtask 11-00-00-120-051-A

A. Preparation of the Contact Surfaces
(1) Lightly rub the contact surface with ABRASIVE PAPER - 320 TO 500 GRIT to give a matt finish applicable for bonding. Make sure that you do not cause damage to the paint.

Subtask 11-00-00-110-060-A

B. Cleaning the Contact Surfaces
(1) Clean the contact surface with a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) soaked in Non Aqueous Cleaner-- Petroleum Based - (Material No.08BBB1) .
Carefully remove the grease from the surface.

4. Procedure
Subtask 11-00-00-915-061-A

A. Installation of the Placard
(1) Apply Epoxy Adhesive-- - Legacy 3 (Material No.05EML7) on the contact surface. Lightly bend the placard to bond it better.

Subtask 11-00-00-916-052-A

B. Protection of the Placard
(1) Apply 2 layers of Varnish Polyurethane-Low VOC - External Structure (Material No.04SBA3) on the placard with a BRUSH - BRISTLED, SOFT.

A. Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
