A. Cleaning
   (1) Make sure that the tape is approximately 5 mm (0.1969 in.) longer than the circumference of the metal line.
   (2) Clean the surface on which you will bond the tape, using Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) or alternatively Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) or Non Aqueous Cleaner-Non structural use - - (Material No.08BPA1) , then thoroughly dry out.
4. Procedure

A. Installation of Identification Tapes
   (1) Remove the backing paper.
   (2) Affix the tape by evenly unrolling and gradually smoothing out to prevent the formation of air bubbles.
   (3) Overlap the tape-ends and smooth out.
   (4) Apply two coats of Coating_- Flexible Structure (Material No.04QAB2) to the band, overlapping the edge of the band by 10 mm (0.3937 in.) approx. using a soft hair brush.
   (5) If the paint becomes damaged, apply Top Coat Polyurethane-- Decorative External Structure (Material No.04JMD3) to prevent attack of the adhesive by fluid (e.g. against hydraulic fluid) and subsequent separation of the tape.
   (6) If the film of Coating_- Flexible Structure (Material No.04QAB2) is excessively damaged, replace the tape and renew the protective finish.
