1. Reason for the Job
The list of all actions and their application conditions to be completed for a return to operation after a parking period is included in AMM TASK 10-30-00-554-804 (Return to Operation After a Parking Period).
This checklist must be used to do a double check of some specific actions done during AMM TASK 10-30-00-554-804 (Return to Operation After a Parking Period).

A. Checklist for the Return to Operation After a Parking Period
NOTE: Some maintenance actions are related to the duration of the parking period.
NOTE: All the details related to each step are given in (Ref. AMM TASK 10-30-00-554-804).
   (1) Make sure that you did all these maintenance actions:
     (a) Landing Gears:
  • General visual inspection of tires and wheels
  • Inspection and check of NLG / MLG shock absorbers
  • Functional check of NLG / MLG shock-absorber nitrogen-charge-pressure
  • Functional check of tire pressures.
     (b) Fuel Sampling:
  • Sample fuel for microbiological contamination analysis.
     (c) Engines and APU:
  • APU depreservation
  • Engine depreservation.
     (d) Bleed Air system:
  • Operational test of the bleed air system.
     (e) Probes and Sensors:
  • Inspection/check of the pitot probes, static ports, Total Air Temperature (TAT) sensors and Angle of Attack (AOA) sensors
  • Functional check of the heater insulation resistance of the pitot probes
  • Flushing of the total pressure lines and static pressure lines
  • Draining and flushing of the standby static and standby total pressure-lines
  • Installation of the aircraft protection equipment.
