Ensure that the passengers occupying the affected seats can clearly hear the passenger address announcements.

Otherwise, the affected seat must not be occupied and must be placarded inoperative. Refer to item 01 Passenger Seat.

Note:

At least one loudspeaker adjacent to the inoperative loudspeaker must be operative to ensure that the announcement can be heard.
