When the Cargo Door Open/Locked Indicator light is
inoperative, it is necessary to inform the ground personnel:
To visually check
that the affected cargo door is in the fully open position, with no
downward movement after releasing the lever of the manual selector
valve.
To visually check
that the lever of the manual selector valve stays in
the neutral position.
