Applicable to: -
- During cockpit preparation
  • AIR DATA selectorF/O 3
- In flight
If icing conditions are encountered:
  • ADR 2 pb-swOFF
CAUTION:
When ADR 2 is set to OFF,
  • takeoff in CONF 1+F is not permitted, and
  • maximum landing capability is CAT 3 SINGLE, and
  • RVSM operations are not permitted.
The ADR 2 pb-sw must remain set to OFF for the remainder of the flight.
In the case of double failure of the alpha probe heaters, Refer to QRH: DOUBLE AOA HEAT FAILURE.
