CDLS Normal System (Normal Control Unit, Switch and Lights on the CKPT DOOR Panel, Buzzer, Keypad)

Alternate normal procedures must be established before departure in order to remind the cabin crew to use the cabin interphone to communicate with the cockpit crew to request access to the cockpit.

The CDLS keypad operation is not available in back-up mode.

The cockpit crew must brief the cabin crew that the CDLS keypad is inoperative.

At least two people must always be present in the cockpit throughout the entire flight.
