Center Tank Transfer Valve

One may be inoperative in the closed position provided that the flight routes permit a landing at a suitable airport if the remaining center tank transfer valve fails with fuel in the center tank.

Both may be inoperative in the closed position provided that there is no fuel in the center tank or the fuel in the center tank is considered as not usable and as part of the ZFW and is taken into account for CG determination.

One or both may be inoperative in the open position provided that there is no fuel in the center tank.
