1)
The number of passengers carried and their location in the cabin
is in accordance with the operational procedure, and
2)
The affected exit is closed, latched and locked from the inside,
and is placarded inoperative, and
3)
The affected exit is not used for passenger boarding, nor for any
purpose whilst passengers are on board, and
4)
All the EXIT markings, signs and lights associated with the affected
exit are obscured, and
5)
Alternate cabin safety procedures are established and used.
