System A is considered inoperative
on both engines (NO DISPATCH) when the common power supply line from
401XP 115VAC ESS BUS is inoperative as a result of either a loss of
electrical continuity or a short circuit (ENGINE/1 AND 2 IGN/SYS
A (49VUA03) C/B tripped).
