The affected seat is not used, and

2)
If the seat assembly mechanism is inoperative, the affected seat is secured in its stowed position or removed.

2)
The cabin attendant assigned to the affected seat occupies the adjacent non-required cabin attendant seat or the cabin attendant seat that is nearest to the associated exit, and

3)
The non-required cabin attendant seat to be used by cabin attendant is correctly placarded, and

4)
The cabin attendant can reach assigned exit and emergency equipment in nearly the same time as from normally assigned seat, and

5)
The direct view of passengers by cabin attendants is not impaired, and

6)
The alternate procedures are established for displaced cabin attendant according to national regulations, and

7)
If the seat assembly mechanism is inoperative, the affected seat is secured in its stowed position or removed.

3)
The passenger seat to be used by cabin attendant is correctly placarded, and

4)
The cabin attendant can reach assigned exit and emergency equipment in nearly the same time as from normally assigned seat, and

5)
The direct view of passengers by cabin attendants is not impaired, and

6)
The alternate procedures are established for displaced cabin attendant according to national regulations, and

7)
If the seat assembly mechanism is inoperative, the affected seat is secured in its stowed position or removed.
