It is deactivated, and
2)
The slats and flaps are checked operative
on SFCC 1, and
3)
The SFCC 1 slat WTB is checked operative before the first MMEL dispatch and
then every day, and
4)
All ELACs, SECs, LGCIUs, RAs, FACs and ADIRS are operative, and
5)
Takeoff is not performed in CONF 1+F.
