SFCC 2 flap channel may be
inoperative provided that:
1)
It is deactivated, and
2)
The slats and flaps are checked operative on SFCC 1, and
3)
The SFCC 1 flap WTB is checked operative before the first MMEL dispatch and
then every day, and
4)
All ELACs, SECs, LGCIUs, RAs, FACs and ADIRS are operative, and
5)
The minimum idle on ground is considered inoperative.

6)
The minimum idle on ground is considered inoperative.
