The nose wheel steering is operative,
and

Both thrust reversers are operative,
and
3)
The green and yellow systems are operative
on operative brakes, and
4)
The affected brake is deactivated
or removed, and
5)
The runway width at departure and arrival
airports is at least 45 m, and
6)
The Flight Manual performance penalties
are applied, and
7)
The AUTO/BRK function is considered inoperative.
