1)
All ELACs, SECs, SFCCs, RAs, FACs, and ADIRSs are operative, and
2)
Both air conditioning packs are operative,
and
3)
The FLEX Takeoff Mode is
not used, and
4)
The operation of avionics equipment is
time limited on ground.
