out of date for ten consecutive calendar days provided that:
1)
The procedures of the out-of-date navigation
database changed in the current navigation database are not used (the
procedures not changed may be used), and
2)
Alternate procedures are established and used, and
3)
The current aeronautical information (e.g. charts) is used to check
the database navigation fixes (the coordinates, frequencies, status
(as applicable)), and suitability of navigation facilities required
for the intended route.
