PRE SB 71-0222
(1) Align the bolt holes in the transducer flange with the threaded holes in the clipnuts of the bracket.
(2) Lubricate the threads on the bolts (2) with cleanV10-077 lubricant (engine oil) and attach the No. 4 bearing pressure transducer to the bracket with the bolts.
(3) TORQUE the bolts to between 105 and 85 lbf.in (1.19 and 0.96 m.daN )

(4) Align the bolt holes in the transducer flange with the holes in the bracket.
(5) Lubricate the threads on the bolts (2) with cleanV10-077 lubricant (engine oil) and attach the No. 4 bearing pressure transducer to the bracket with the bolts and double hex self-locking nuts.
(6) TORQUE the bolts to between 105 and 85 lbf.in (1.19 and 0.96 m.daN )

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

A. Clean the No. 4 bearing pressure transducer.
(2) Make a clear Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) moist withV01-124 Isopropyl Alcohol, Technical grade . Use the cloth to clean the No. 4 bearing pressure transducer mounting bracket or the far case flange.

DO NOT GET THE FLUID ON YOUR SKIN OR IN YOUR EYES. IF YOU DO:
(1) Remove the applicable covers/caps/plugs from the openings. - FLUSH IT AWAY WITH CLEAN WATER
- GET MEDICAL AID.

DO NOT LET ENGINE OIL STAY ON YOUR SKIN FOR A LONG TIME. FLUSH THE OIL FROM YOUR SKIN WITH WATER. THE OIL IS POISONOUS AND CAN GO THROUGH YOUR SKIN AND INTO YOUR BODY.
C. Installation of the No. 4 bearing pressure transducer. PRE SB 71-0222
(1) Align the bolt holes in the transducer flange with the threaded holes in the clipnuts of the bracket.

D. Install the oil tube.
(1) Connect the tube (4) to the transducer.
(2) TORQUE the tube coupling nut to between 177 and 159 lbf.in (2.00 and 1.80 m.daN )

(3) Safety the nut to the bracket with the lockwire (Material No.V02-147)
(4) Connect the electrical connector 4005EN-A (1) to the transducer
and (Ref. AMM TASK 70-23-15-912-010)
5. Close-up(1) Connect the tube (4) to the transducer.
(2) TORQUE the tube coupling nut to between 177 and 159 lbf.in (2.00 and 1.80 m.daN )

(1) Do an idle leak check (Ref. AMM TASK 71-00-00-710-012).
(2) Do an operational test of the EIU (Ref. AMM TASK 73-25-34-710-042). Then on the CFDS see if there are faults concerning No. 4 bearing pressure transducer.
