WARNING:
WEAR A FACE SHIELD WHICH IS RESISTANT TO HIGH PRESSURE JETS WHEN YOU WORK ON PRESSURIZED SYSTEMS.
WARNING:
DO NOT GET THE FLUID ON YOUR SKIN OR IN YOUR EYES. IF YOU DO:
- FLUSH IT AWAY WITH CLEAN WATER
- GET MEDICAL AID.
CAUTION:
USE TWO WRENCHES TO REMOVE OR INSTALL THE TUBE COUPLING NUTS:
- ONE WRENCH TO HOLD THE UNION, AND
- ONE TO LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE COUPLING NUT.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THERE IS NO UNWANTED MATERIAL IN THE PORTS AND ORIFICES OR DAMAGE CAN OCCUR.
CAUTION:
YOU MUST INSTALL HYDRAULIC TUBES WITH HYDRAULIC FLUID AS LUBRICANT.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position.

A. Install the Hydraulic Line Upper, Double and Lower Brackets.
(2) Install the hydraulic line lower bracket as follows:
(a) Install lower bracket on forward frame.
(b) Install bolts and nuts.
(c) TORQUE nut to between 70 and 61 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.69 m.daN )

(d) Install the upper half clamp, washer and bolt.
(e) TORQUE bolt to between 30 and 27 lbf.in (0.34 and 0.31 m.daN )
.
(3) Install the hydraulic line double bracket as follows:
(a) Install the double bracket on forward frame.
(b) Install bolts and nuts.
(c) TORQUE nut to between 70 and 61 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.69 m.daN )
.
(d) Install the double flange, upper half clamps, bolts and nuts.
(e) TORQUE bolts to between 70 and 61 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.69 m.daN )
.
(f) Install the electrical harness and attach on the double bracket with clamp, bolt and nut.
(g) TORQUE nut to between 40 and 30 lbf.in (0.45 and 0.34 m.daN )
(4) Install the hydraulic line upper bracket as follows:
(a) Install the upper bracket on the forward frame.
(b) Install bolts and nuts.
(c) TORQUE nut to between 70 and 61 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.69 m.daN )

(d) Install the upper half clamp, flange, bolts and nuts.
(e) TORQUE nut to between 30 and 27 lbf.in (0.34 and 0.31 m.daN )

(f) Install the electrical harness and attach it on the upper bracket with clamp, bolt and nut.
(g) TORQUE nut to between 40 and 30 lbf.in (0.45 and 0.34 m.daN )
.
5. Close-upNOTE: You should apply a witness line of finish paint EA4 blue 5991 (Material No.CP2245) all nuts and connections when you have checked their torques.
(1) Apply a layer of blindexite RT 342-2 (Material No.CP2318) bracket surfaces in contact with the forward frame. (2) Install the hydraulic line lower bracket as follows:
(a) Install lower bracket on forward frame.
(b) Install bolts and nuts.
(c) TORQUE nut to between 70 and 61 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.69 m.daN )
. (d) Install the upper half clamp, washer and bolt.
(e) TORQUE bolt to between 30 and 27 lbf.in (0.34 and 0.31 m.daN )
. (3) Install the hydraulic line double bracket as follows:
(a) Install the double bracket on forward frame.
(b) Install bolts and nuts.
(c) TORQUE nut to between 70 and 61 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.69 m.daN )
. (d) Install the double flange, upper half clamps, bolts and nuts.
(e) TORQUE bolts to between 70 and 61 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.69 m.daN )
. (f) Install the electrical harness and attach on the double bracket with clamp, bolt and nut.
(g) TORQUE nut to between 40 and 30 lbf.in (0.45 and 0.34 m.daN )

(4) Install the hydraulic line upper bracket as follows:
(a) Install the upper bracket on the forward frame.
(b) Install bolts and nuts.
(c) TORQUE nut to between 70 and 61 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.69 m.daN )
. (d) Install the upper half clamp, flange, bolts and nuts.
(e) TORQUE nut to between 30 and 27 lbf.in (0.34 and 0.31 m.daN )
. (f) Install the electrical harness and attach it on the upper bracket with clamp, bolt and nut.
(g) TORQUE nut to between 40 and 30 lbf.in (0.45 and 0.34 m.daN )

A. Remove the safety sleeve (HIX 3005) from the blocker door actuator (Ref. AMM TASK 78-32-41-080-040).
Subtask 78-31-49-860-053-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL B. Bring the Blocker Doors.
Subtask 78-31-49-440-072-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL Subtask 78-31-49-410-070-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL CAUTION:
BLOCKER DOOR LATCH MUST BE OPENED WHEN YOU CLOSE THE BLOCKER DOOR OR DAMAGE CAN OCCUR.
(1) Manually bring the blocker doors to stow position (Ref. AMM TASK 78-32-41-860-041). D. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-040):
(a) FOR [1000EM1] (ENGINE-1)

(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Close the fan cowl doors (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-040):
