WARNING:
WEAR A FACE SHIELD WHICH IS RESISTANT TO HIGH PRESSURE JETS WHEN YOU WORK ON PRESSURIZED SYSTEMS.
WARNING:
DO NOT GET THE FLUID ON YOUR SKIN OR IN YOUR EYES. IF YOU DO:
- FLUSH IT AWAY WITH CLEAN WATER
- GET MEDICAL AID.
CAUTION:
USE TWO WRENCHES TO REMOVE OR INSTALL THE TUBE COUPLING NUTS:
- ONE WRENCH TO HOLD THE UNION, AND
- ONE TO LOOSEN OR TIGHTEN THE COUPLING NUT.
CAUTION:
MAKE SURE THERE IS NO UNWANTED MATERIAL IN THE PORTS AND ORIFICES OR DAMAGE CAN OCCUR.
CAUTION:
YOU MUST INSTALL HYDRAULIC TUBES WITH HYDRAULIC FLUID AS LUBRICANT.

A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
Subtask 78-31-49-010-070-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to start the engine.

B. Get Access
(1) Open the fan cowl doors: (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-040)

(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position.

(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) in position.
E. Install the HIX3005 SAFETY SLEEVE - PIVOTING DOOR ACTUATOR on the blocker door actuator (Ref. AMM TASK 78-32-41-480-040)
4. ProcedureSubtask 78-31-49-020-063-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Remove the Hydraulic Line Upper, Double and Lower Brackets.
(1) Remove the hydraulic line upper bracket as follows:
(2) Put a CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL).
(3) Remove the nuts and bolts.
(4) Remove the flange and the upper half clamp.
(5) Only for the right side remove the clamp, bolt and nut wich attach the electrical harness on the upper bracket.
(6) Remove the bolts and nuts which attach the upper bracket on the forward frame.
(7) Remove the upper bracket.
(8) Remove the hydraulic line double bracket as follows:
(a) Remove the nut and bolts.
(b) Remove the double flange and the upper half clamps.
(c) Remove the bolt, nut and clamp from the double bracket.
(d) Remove bolts and nuts which attach the bracket on the forward frame.
(e) Remove the double bracket.
(9) Remove the hydraulic line lower bracket as follows:
(a) Remove bolt and washer.
(b) Remove the upper half clamp.
(c) Remove the bolts and nuts wich attach the bracket on the forward frame.
(d) Remove the lower bracket.
(e) Remove the container.
(1) Remove the hydraulic line upper bracket as follows:
(2) Put a CONTAINER 5 L (1.32 USGAL).
(3) Remove the nuts and bolts.
(4) Remove the flange and the upper half clamp.
(5) Only for the right side remove the clamp, bolt and nut wich attach the electrical harness on the upper bracket.
(6) Remove the bolts and nuts which attach the upper bracket on the forward frame.
(7) Remove the upper bracket.
(8) Remove the hydraulic line double bracket as follows:
(a) Remove the nut and bolts.
(b) Remove the double flange and the upper half clamps.
(c) Remove the bolt, nut and clamp from the double bracket.
(d) Remove bolts and nuts which attach the bracket on the forward frame.
(e) Remove the double bracket.
(9) Remove the hydraulic line lower bracket as follows:
(a) Remove bolt and washer.
(b) Remove the upper half clamp.
(c) Remove the bolts and nuts wich attach the bracket on the forward frame.
(d) Remove the lower bracket.
(e) Remove the container.
