A. Detailed Visual Inspection of the Deploy Switches and Triggers.
(1) Do a visual inspection of the deploy switch, the trigger and related hardware, and of the electrical connector using a FLASHLIGHT as follows:
5. Close-up(1) Do a visual inspection of the deploy switch, the trigger and related hardware, and of the electrical connector using a FLASHLIGHT as follows:
NOTE: Levers and bushings that are removed due to corrosion, faulty operation or play discrepancies may be sent to the shop for repair, review and possible return to service CMM 783236 and CMM 783117 .
(2) No play should exist between the bushing and the lever. NOTE: Determine if play exists between the switch lever and the bushing. This may affect electrical signal while the pivot door is in the deploy condition and may cause deploy signal failure (Ref. AMM TASK 78-31-17-710-002).
| INSPECT/CHECK | MAXIMUM SERVICEABLE LIMITS | REMARKS |
