3. Job Set-up
Subtask 77-31-30-860-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
   (2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
   (3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position.

B. Get Access
   (1) Make sure that the fan cowl doors are open: (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-010-040)

   (2) Make sure that the left thrust reverser door is open: (Ref. AMM TASK 78-36-00-010-040)

C. Make sure that the thrust reverser is unserviceable (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-481-041).
4. Procedure
Subtask 77-31-30-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Installation of the TRF Vibration Sensor
   (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
   (2) Install the bracket (30) on the connector (20) as follows (Ref. Detail B):
     (a) Lubricate threads of screws (10) with graphite grease (Material No.CP2101) .
     (b) Attach the bracket (30) to the connector (20) with half-plates (60) and screws (10).
     (c) TORQUE the screws (10) to between 10.5 and 9.5 lbf.in (0.12 and 0.11 m.daN ) T.
     (d) Safety the screws in pairs with a CP8004lockwire 0.6 mm (0.0236 in.) dia or CP8005lockwire 0.6 mm (0.0236 in.) dia.
   (3) Set the TRF vibration sensor in position on the engine.
   (4) Lubricate threads of bolts with graphite grease (Material No.
CP2101) before installation.
   (5) Attach the TRF vibration sensor to the engine as follows:

   (8) Make sure that the TRF vibration sensor lead is not stressed.
   (9) TORQUE bolts (70), (110), (150), (170) and (230) to between 53 and 47 lbf.in (0.60 and 0.53 m.daN )
T.
   (10) Make sure that the connector and receptacle are clean and clear of unwanted material.
   (11) Connect the aircraft harness to the TRF sensor lead connector. Tighten by hand.
   (12) Make sure that the connector is fully engaged and does not move.

B. Make the thrust reverser serviceable (Ref. AMM TASK 78-30-00-081-041).

C. Close Access
   (1) Close the fan cowl doors: (Ref. AMM TASK 71-13-00-410-040)
     (a) FOR [1000EM1] (ENGINE-1)

   (2) Remove the access platform(s).
   (3) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
Subtask 77-31-30-710-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
D. Do this Following Test:
   (1) Select the TRF vibration sensor through the MCDU (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-34-860-041).
   (2) Start the engine (Ref. AMM TASK 71-00-00-710-003)
   (3) Make sure that vibration values are shown on the lower ECAM DU.
   (4) Stop the engine (Ref. AMM TASK 71-00-00-710-028)
   (5) Select the initial vibration sensor through the MCDU (Ref. AMM TASK 77-32-34-860-041).
