Subtask 76-11-19-860-053-A
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position in the cockpit to tell persons not to move the slat and flap control lever.
(2) On the center pedestal, on ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the engine.
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE is in position.
(4) Make sure that the throttle control levers are set to idle (0 degree Throttle Lever Angle (TLA)).
(5) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(6) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

D. Inspection of the bolt
(1) Make sure that the bush (3) is correctly bonded to the bolt (2).
(2) If necessary, bond the bush (3) to the bolt (2) with Loctite 675 (Material No.CP2188)
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the bush (3) is correctly bonded to the bolt (2).

Subtask 76-11-19-420-056-A
A. Installation of the Throttle Control Unit.
(1) Remove all the blanking caps from the connectors.
(2) Install the throttle control unit 8KS1 (8KS2) (11) on its support.
(3) Install the three bolts (1) with washers (10) and nuts (9). Tighten the bolts (1).
(4) Install the cotter pins:
(5) Engage the rod (4) in the fork of the throttle control unit 8KS1 (8KS2) (11).
(6) Make sure that the bush (3) is correctly bonded to the bolt (2).
(7) Install the bolt (2) with its bush (3) to attach the rod (4) to the fork.
(8) Install the washer (7) and nut (6).
(9) Tighten the bolt (2).
Subtask 76-11-19-820-053-A (1) Remove all the blanking caps from the connectors.
(2) Install the throttle control unit 8KS1 (8KS2) (11) on its support.
(3) Install the three bolts (1) with washers (10) and nuts (9). Tighten the bolts (1).
(4) Install the cotter pins:
WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL A COTTER PIN. EACH TIME YOU REMOVE A COTTER PIN DURING THE TASK, DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. A LOOSE COTTER PIN CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND.
(a) Install the three new AIPC 76-11-81-03-010 COTTER PINS (8). (5) Engage the rod (4) in the fork of the throttle control unit 8KS1 (8KS2) (11).
(6) Make sure that the bush (3) is correctly bonded to the bolt (2).
(7) Install the bolt (2) with its bush (3) to attach the rod (4) to the fork.
(8) Install the washer (7) and nut (6).
(9) Tighten the bolt (2).
B. Make sure that you can easily install and remove the 98DNSA20206080 RIGGING PIN (14). If not adjust the rod (4) (Ref. AMM TASK 76-11-00-820-805).
Subtask 76-11-19-420-057-A C. Install cotter pin and connectors
(2) Connect the five electrical connectors (12). Tighten the electrical connectors with your fingers plus one-eight turn with PLIERS - NOSE, SOFT, LONG.
Subtask 76-11-19-080-053-A Subtask 76-11-19-869-065-A WARNING:
USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL A COTTER PIN. EACH TIME YOU REMOVE A COTTER PIN DURING THE TASK, DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. A LOOSE COTTER PIN CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND.
(1) Install a new AIPC 76-11-81-02-010 COTTER PIN (5). (2) Connect the five electrical connectors (12). Tighten the electrical connectors with your fingers plus one-eight turn with PLIERS - NOSE, SOFT, LONG.
E. Check of the Throttle Control Unit installation
(1) With the throttle control lever in idle position:
(a) Move the thrust reverser control lever to the full reverse position, then back to the idle position. Make sure that there are no hard and/or blocking points over the full travel range.
