Subtask 75-34-20-860-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) is off. Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
(3) Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 1M(3 FT) is in position.
Subtask 75-34-20-010-052-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.

B. Get Access

Subtask 75-34-20-420-050-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Remove the cover from the stage 9 bleed port.
(1) Install the Bleed Bias Venturi (10) and the metal seal ring (40) to the stage 9 bleed port. Make sure the large diameter nipple is at the top of the Bleed Bias Venturi (10).
(2) Install the 4 bolts (50) into Bleed Bias Venturi (10).
(3) TORQUE the 4 bolts (50) to between 70 and 55 lbf.in (0.79 and 0.62 m.daN )
.
(4) Remove the blanking plugs from the Bleed Bias Venturi inlets and the B-nuts on the total and Static Pressure Tubes (20 and 30).
(5) Install the Static Pressure Tube (20) to the top nipple on the Bleed Bias Venturi (10). Do not torque at this time.
(6) Install the Total Pressure Tube (30) to the bottom nipple on the Bleed Bias Venturi (10). Do not torque at this time.
(7) Install the tube clamp (120) that attaches the Static Pressure Tube (20) to the attachment bracket (130). Use one bolt (100) and one nut (110).
(8) TORQUE the bolt (100) to between 51 and 47 lbf.in (0.58 and 0.53 m.daN )
.
(9) Install the tube clamps (70) that attach the Static Pressure Tube (20) and the Total Pressure Tube (30) to the attachment bracket (130). Use one bolt (60) and one nut (90).
(10) TORQUE the bolt (60) to between 51 and 47 lbf.in (0.58 and 0.53 m.daN )
.
(11) TORQUE the large B-nut on the Static Pressure Tube (20) to between 290 and 270 lbf.in (3.28 and 3.05 m.daN )
.
(12) TORQUE the smaller B-nut on the Total Pressure Tube (30) to between 145 and 135 lbf.in (1.64 and 1.53 m.daN )
.

(7) Install the tube clamp (120) that attaches the Static Pressure Tube (20) to the attachment bracket (130). Use one bolt (100) and one nut (110).
(8) TORQUE the bolt (100) to between 51 and 47 lbf.in (0.58 and 0.53 m.daN )
. (9) Install the tube clamps (70) that attach the Static Pressure Tube (20) and the Total Pressure Tube (30) to the attachment bracket (130). Use one bolt (60) and one nut (90).
(10) TORQUE the bolt (60) to between 51 and 47 lbf.in (0.58 and 0.53 m.daN )
. (11) TORQUE the large B-nut on the Static Pressure Tube (20) to between 290 and 270 lbf.in (3.28 and 3.05 m.daN )

. C. Do this test:
(1) Do a fadec ground test (Ref. AMM TASK 73-29-00-710-040).
(2) Do a minimum idle check and a check for leaks (Ref. AMM TASK 71-00-00-710-006).
