This input can change the bleed status only if the PRV opens (engine in operation). |

CAUTION:
THE APU BOOST FUNCTION SHOULD NOT BE USED UNLESS STRICTLY REQUIRED FOR TROUBLE SHOOTING PURPOSE THUS TO AVOID PREMATURE CORE PERFORMANCE DETERIORATION. IF REALLY REQUIRED, DO NOT OPERATE THE APU FOR MORE THAN ONE (1) MINUTE IN BOOST MODE CONDITION.
NOTE THAT FOR TROUBLE SHOOTING AN ECS SYSTEM MALFUNCTION, THE ENGINE BLEED SHOULD BE PREFERRED.
F. APU BST1 line key NOTE: Use this key to simulate an APU BOOST control through the MCDU.
NOTE: APU BST2 line key has no boost effect on the APU.
