Subtask 71-52-43-860-061-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to start the engine.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) in position to tell persons that both thrust reverser control lever are not operational.
(2) Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Put a WARNING NOTICE(S) to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).
Subtask 71-52-43-865-066-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:

Subtask 71-52-43-020-059-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Removal of the Environmental Control System (ECS) Harness Assembly (4207KS)
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector 450VC-A from the core junction box.
(2) Remove the two bolts (5) and open the two clamps (10) that attach the harnesses to the pylon. Remove the harness 4207KS from the clamps. Install the bolt (5) and tighten it with your hand.
(3) Remove the bolt (15) and open the clamp (20) that attaches the harness assemblies to the bracket at station 233. Remove harness 4207KS from the clamp. Install the bolt (15) and tighten it with your hand.
(4) Remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (40) that attaches the harness assemblies to the bracket at the top left side of the engine.
(5) Remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (40) that attaches the harness 4207KS to the bracket at station 221.
(6) Remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (35) that attaches the harness 4207KS to the bracket at station 221.
(7) Remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (70) that attaches the harness 4207KS to the bracket at station 215.
(8) Disconnect the electrical connector 4000HA-A from the High Pressure Regulator Valve (4000HA).
(9) On the top left side of the engine, remove the bolt (15) and open the clamp (40), remove the harness 4207KS. Close the clamp, install the bolt and tighten it with your hand.
(10) On the right side of the engine, remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (45) attached to the bracket at station 221.
(11) On the right side of the engine, remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (40) attached to the bracket at station 221.
(12) On the right side of the engine, remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (50) attached to the bracket at station 221.
(13) Disconnect the electrical connector 4001HA-A from the Bleed Pressure Regulator Valve 4001HA) and install the CAP - BLANKING.
(14) Remove the nuts (55), the lockwashers (60), and the washers (65) that attach the wires to the ground studs. Remove the ground wires from the studs.
(1) Disconnect the electrical connector 450VC-A from the core junction box.
(2) Remove the two bolts (5) and open the two clamps (10) that attach the harnesses to the pylon. Remove the harness 4207KS from the clamps. Install the bolt (5) and tighten it with your hand.
(3) Remove the bolt (15) and open the clamp (20) that attaches the harness assemblies to the bracket at station 233. Remove harness 4207KS from the clamp. Install the bolt (15) and tighten it with your hand.
(4) Remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (40) that attaches the harness assemblies to the bracket at the top left side of the engine.
(5) Remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (40) that attaches the harness 4207KS to the bracket at station 221.
(6) Remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (35) that attaches the harness 4207KS to the bracket at station 221.
(7) Remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (70) that attaches the harness 4207KS to the bracket at station 215.
(8) Disconnect the electrical connector 4000HA-A from the High Pressure Regulator Valve (4000HA).
(9) On the top left side of the engine, remove the bolt (15) and open the clamp (40), remove the harness 4207KS. Close the clamp, install the bolt and tighten it with your hand.
(10) On the right side of the engine, remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (45) attached to the bracket at station 221.
(11) On the right side of the engine, remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (40) attached to the bracket at station 221.
(12) On the right side of the engine, remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (50) attached to the bracket at station 221.
(13) Disconnect the electrical connector 4001HA-A from the Bleed Pressure Regulator Valve 4001HA) and install the CAP - BLANKING.
(14) Remove the nuts (55), the lockwashers (60), and the washers (65) that attach the wires to the ground studs. Remove the ground wires from the studs.
Environmental Control System Harness Assembly
