A. Installation of the Hydraulic Pump Electrical Harness
   (1) Remove the CAP-BLANKING from each electrical connector and receptacle.
   (2) Put the P-clamps (8), (25), (30), (39) and (37) in position on the harness (2). Use the record made during the removal procedure to help get the correct location and position.
   (3) Lubricate the threads of the bolts that follow with LUBRICATING OIL TURBINE ENGINE SYNT BASE (Material No.CPNCL00062) :
  • Three bolts (29), (38) and (40)
  • One bolt (24)
  • One bolt (9).
   (4) Put the harness (2) in position on the left side of the engine. Use the record made during the removal procedure to help get the correct routing.
   (5) Connect the electrical connectors on the harness (2) as follows (Ref. AMM TASK 70-70-00-910-804):
NOTE: If necessary use PLIERS - CONNECTOR, JAW, SOFT to connect electrical connectors.
     (a) Connect the electrical connector (27) to the receptacle on the hydraulic pump (20).
     (b) Connect the electrical connector (34) to the electrical connector (36) at the bracket (35).
     (c) Connect the electrical connector (31) and electrical connector (32) to the receptacles on the Integrated Drive Generator (IDG) (33).
     (d) Connect the electrical connector (11) to the receptacle on the hydraulic pump pressure switch (10).
     (e) Connect the electrical connector (18) to either the nacelle interphone jack harness connector (17), or the dummy receptacle (51) on the support bracket (50) and nacelle interphone jack harness support bracket (52).
