A. Cleaning
F Aft Engine Mount ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
   (1) Clean bolts (10) and pins (15) with isopropyl alcohol (Material No.CP1041) .
Subtask 71-22-11-420-051-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
CAUTION: INSTALL THE BUSHING (80) WITH ITS SHOULDER AT THE INTERIOR OF THE ENGINE RANGE.
B. Installation of the Aft Engine Mount.
NOTE: Installation of the hardware that attach the aft engine mount to the engine is the same at the three engine flanges.
   (1) Put the bushings (25), (45), and the shoulder bushing (80) into the engine flange.
   (2) Put the aft engine mount (85) on the engine and engage the link assemblies with the engine flanges.
   (3) Apply silicone lubricant (Material No.CP5063) to the threads of the bolt (10) and to the outer surfaces of the pin (15).
   (4) Install the pin (15), and the brackets (20) and (40) on the engine flange.
   (5) Put the bolt (10) into the pin (15).
CAUTION: USE OF THE SPANNER WRENCHES AS A TORQUE WRENCH ADAPTER WILL CHANGE THE TORQUE VALUE WHICH IS REALLY APPLIED. THE EFFECTIVE LENGTH OF THE SPANNER WRENCHES ARE: RSE1098-1 : 6-INCHES (152.4 MM) RSE1098-5 : 8-INCHES (203.2 MM)
   (6) Install the spanner
NOTE: To find the correct TORQUE value when spanner wrenches are used refer to the formula in standard practices (Ref. AMM TASK 20-21-11-911-001).
     (a) Install the spanner nut (75) on the pin (15).
NOTE: Install the nut (75) with the counter bore side turned to the shear pin (15).
   (7) TORQUE the spanner nut (75) to between 88.2 and 80 lbf.ft (11.96 and 10.85 m.daN ) T. Use RSE1098 WRENCH SET - AFT ENGINE MOUNT (RSE1098-5) to adapt torque wrench to the spanner nut.
   (8) Install the spanner nut (65) on the bolt (10).
NOTE: It is recommended that you position the flat side of the nut (65) forward.
   (9) TORQUE the spanner nut (65) to between 38.58 and 35 lbf.ft (5.23 and 4.75 m.daN ) T. Use RSE1098 WRENCH SET - AFT ENGINE MOUNT (RSE1098-1) to adapt the torque wrench to the spanner nut.
   (10) Put the retainers (70) and (60) against the bracket (40) to make sure the bolt holes are aligned.
   (11) If the holes are not aligned, increase the torque on the spanner nuts (65) and (75) to align the holes.
NOTE: Do not torque the nut (75) more than 95 lbf.ft (12.88 m.daN) or the nut (65) more than 42 lbf.ft (5.69 m.daN)
   (12) If the holes are aligned, install the bolts (30), the washers (35) , (50), and the nuts (55).
NOTE: Make sure that you put the countersunk washers under the bolt heads.
   (13) TORQUE nuts (55) to between 27 and 24 lbf.in (0.31 and 0.27 m.daN ) T.
   (14) Install the retaining pin (5) through the pin (15).
