Subtask 71-11-00-941-081-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Safety Precautions
(1) On the center pedestal, on ENG control panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize FADEC 1(2).
4. Procedure(1) On the center pedestal, on ENG control panel 115VU, make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:
(a) Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b) Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE(S) is in position to tell persons not to energize FADEC 1(2).

A. Installation of the Anti-Ice Exhaust Duct Assembly
(1) Remove tape covering the anti-ice duct port.
(2) Position anti-ice exhaust duct assembly (30) on the forward bulkhead as shown.
(3) Attach with six bolts (70) and six washers (80). Torque bolts (70) to between 35 and 30 lbf.in (0.40 and 0.34 m.daN )

Subtask 71-11-00-410-071-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove tape covering the anti-ice duct port.
(2) Position anti-ice exhaust duct assembly (30) on the forward bulkhead as shown.
(3) Attach with six bolts (70) and six washers (80). Torque bolts (70) to between 35 and 30 lbf.in (0.40 and 0.34 m.daN )
.B. Installation of the Access Panel Assembly
(1) Position the clamp (20) on the anti-ice exhaust duct assembly (30) to prepare use when the anti-ice exhaust duct boot attachment (40) is connected to the anti-ice exhaust duct.
(2) Position the access panel assembly (60) on the outer barrel.
(3) Open the pressure relief door (10).
(4) Attach the anti-ice exhaust boot attachment (40) to the anti-ice duct attachment (30).
(5) Move the clamp (20) into position on the boot and tighten. Torque to between 30 and 25 lbf.in (0.34 and 0.28 m.daN )

(6) Clean the sealant residue from the edge of the access panel and the surface of the outer barrel. Refer to Nacelle SRM 54-10-00 Repair 10 (Collins Cage Code 51563).
(7) Attach the access panel assembly (60) with 75 bolts (50). Torque bolts (50) to between 27 and 24 lbf.in (0.31 and 0.27 m.daN )

(8) Close pressure relief door (10).
(9) Apply aerodynamic sealant around the access panel assembly (60) perimeter. Refer to Nacelle SRM (54-10-00) Repair 10 (Collins Cage Code 51563).
5. Close-up(1) Position the clamp (20) on the anti-ice exhaust duct assembly (30) to prepare use when the anti-ice exhaust duct boot attachment (40) is connected to the anti-ice exhaust duct.
(2) Position the access panel assembly (60) on the outer barrel.
(3) Open the pressure relief door (10).
(4) Attach the anti-ice exhaust boot attachment (40) to the anti-ice duct attachment (30).
(5) Move the clamp (20) into position on the boot and tighten. Torque to between 30 and 25 lbf.in (0.34 and 0.28 m.daN )
.(6) Clean the sealant residue from the edge of the access panel and the surface of the outer barrel. Refer to Nacelle SRM 54-10-00 Repair 10 (Collins Cage Code 51563).
(7) Attach the access panel assembly (60) with 75 bolts (50). Torque bolts (50) to between 27 and 24 lbf.in (0.31 and 0.27 m.daN )
