WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND SAFETY-LOCKS ARE IN POSITION ON THE LANDING GEAR. THIS WILL PREVENT UNWANTED MOVEMENT OF THE LANDING GEAR, AND THUS POSSIBLE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND/OR EQUIPMENT.
WARNING:
PUT THE SAFETY DEVICES AND THE WARNING NOTICES IN POSITION BEFORE YOU START A TASK ON OR NEAR:
- THE FLIGHT CONTROLS
- THE FLIGHT CONTROL SURFACES
- THE LANDING GEAR AND THE RELATED DOORS
- COMPONENTS THAT MOVE.
CAUTION:

- DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL CABLE RACEWAYS.
- DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL CABLE INSTALLATIONS.
- MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CABLES ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. INCORRECT INSTALLATION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
CAUTION:
DO NOT APPLY TEMPORARY PROTECTION SYSTEM (TPS) ON THE INSPECTION AREA. IF YOU APPLY TPS ON THE INSPECTION AREA, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

A. Safety Precautions
(1) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.
(2) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.

B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Fully extend the flaps (Ref. AMM TASK 27-50-00-866-008).
(2) Make sure that the 98D27803000000 LOCKING TOOL-FLAP SLAT LEVER,INT. POSITION is on the flap/slat control lever.
Subtask 57-53-00-865-093-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Fully extend the flaps (Ref. AMM TASK 27-50-00-866-008).
(2) Make sure that the 98D27803000000 LOCKING TOOL-FLAP SLAT LEVER,INT. POSITION is on the flap/slat control lever.
C. Open, safety and tag this(these) circuit breaker(s):

D. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE below the applicable wing trailing edge at flap track 4, zone 533 (633).
(2) Remove the access panel 533AT ( 633AT) and the flap track 4 fairing 533CB ( 633CB) (Ref. AMM TASK 57-55-11-000-001).
(3) Remove the outboard flap leading edge panel 5 (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-62-000-003).
(4) Remove and discard the covers from the inspection holes on the front spar.
(5) Make sure that the applicable inspection holes are clear of unwanted material.
Subtask 57-53-00-110-099-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE below the applicable wing trailing edge at flap track 4, zone 533 (633).
(2) Remove the access panel 533AT ( 633AT) and the flap track 4 fairing 533CB ( 633CB) (Ref. AMM TASK 57-55-11-000-001).
(3) Remove the outboard flap leading edge panel 5 (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-62-000-003).
(4) Remove and discard the covers from the inspection holes on the front spar.
(5) Make sure that the applicable inspection holes are clear of unwanted material.
E. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(2) If necessary, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Make sure that there is no TPS layer and if there is a TPS layer, remove it (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
4. ProcedureCAUTION:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU DO MAINTENANCE TASKS ON THE WING TRAILING EDGE:
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do the inspection of the area. - DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL CABLE RACEWAYS.
- DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE ELECTRICAL CABLE INSTALLATIONS.
- MAKE SURE THAT THE ELECTRICAL CABLES ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY. INCORRECT INSTALLATION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.
(2) If necessary, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Make sure that there is no TPS layer and if there is a TPS layer, remove it (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).

A. Special Detailed Inspection of Outboard Flap, Front Spar Splices and Attachment Areas at Track 4, Internal and External, LH/RH
5. Close-upNOTE: The inspection procedure must be done at the same time with the inspection procedure for MPD 57530501 (Ref. AMM TASK 57-53-00-200-006).
(1) Do a special detailed inspection of the front spar splices and the attachment areas, internally and externally NTM 575305. NOTE: If necessary, refer to the SRM 575300 for the correct repair procedure. If the defect is not included in this repair, you must request a procedure from AIRBUS.
Subtask 57-53-00-410-066-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Use Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - (Material No.05RAB9) cut to the correct dimensions, to make new covers for the inspection holes.
(3) Install the new covers on the inspection holes.
(4) Install the leading edge panel 5 (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-62-400-003).
(5) Install the flaptrack 4 fairing 533CB ( 633CB) and the access panel 533AT ( 633AT) (Ref. AMM TASK 57-55-11-400-001).
Subtask 57-53-00-865-094-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Use Adhesive Film Tape-- Aluminium Foil - (Material No.05RAB9) cut to the correct dimensions, to make new covers for the inspection holes.
(3) Install the new covers on the inspection holes.
(4) Install the leading edge panel 5 (Ref. AMM TASK 27-54-62-400-003).
(5) Install the flaptrack 4 fairing 533CB ( 633CB) and the access panel 533AT ( 633AT) (Ref. AMM TASK 57-55-11-400-001).
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s):

C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration

D. Removal of Equipment
(1) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Remove the safety barriers.
(4) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
