B. Installation of the Slat-Track Vertical-Load Rollers
   (1) For Track 1:
     (a) Install the bottom vertical-load rollers (49) as follows:
       1 Apply a thin layer of Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) or Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened - (Material No.03GBD1) on the pins (34).
       2 Put the bottom vertical-load rollers (49) in position on the structure and install the pins (34).
       3 Install the washers (35) and the nuts (48).
       4 TORQUE the nuts (48) to between 1.05 and 0.75 m.daN (92.92 and 66.37 lbf.in ) .
       5 Safety the nuts (48):

WARNING: USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL A COTTER PIN. EACH TIME YOU REMOVE A COTTER PIN DURING THE TASK, DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. A LOOSE COTTER PIN CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND.

         a Safety the nuts (48) with the new AIPC 57-41-05-40-010 COTTER PIN (36) or the new AIPC 57-41-85-40-015 COTTER PIN (36) and the new AIPC 57-41-05-01-065 COTTER PIN (50).
     (b) Install the top vertical-load rollers (3) as follows:
       1 Apply a thin layer of Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) or Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened - (Material No.03GBD1) on the pins (1).
       2 Put the top vertical-load rollers (3) in position and install the pins (1).
       3 Make sure that the pins (1) are correctly engaged in the eccentric bushes.
       4 Install the nuts (4).
       5 TORQUE the nuts (4) to between 1.05 and 0.75 m.daN (92.92 and 66.37 lbf.in ) .
       6 Safety the nuts (4):

       5 TORQUE the nut (62) to between 1.05 and 0.75 m.daN (92.92 and 66.37 lbf.in ) .

WARNING: USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL A COTTER PIN. EACH TIME YOU REMOVE A COTTER PIN DURING THE TASK, DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. A LOOSE COTTER PIN CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND.

         a Safety the nut (23) with the new AIPC 57-41-05-51-015 COTTER PIN (32) or the new AIPC 57-41-85-51-290 COTTER PIN (32).
       7 Safety the pin (20):

WARNING: USE PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND GLOVES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL LOCKWIRE. EACH TIME YOU CUT LOCKWIRE, REMOVE AND DISCARD IT IMMEDIATELY. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT YOU OR MAKE YOU BLIND, AND/OR CAN CAUSE DAMAGE.

         a Safety the pin (20) with the 14QFB1Wire-Locking Dia: 0.8 mm CRES Nickel Alloy -.

C. Test
   (1) Lubricate the applicable rollers with Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened - (Material No.03GBD1) or Synthetic Oil base Grease-General Purpose Lithium Thickened Low Temp. - (Material No.03GBC1) .
   (2) Make sure that the rollers that you installed operate without play.
   (3) Remove all unwanted grease with a clean TISSUE PAPER.
