A. Safety Precautions
(1) Install the 98D27803500001 LOCKING TOOL ZERO POS on the flap/slat control lever.
(2) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.
(3) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
Subtask 57-20-00-010-075-A (1) Install the 98D27803500001 LOCKING TOOL ZERO POS on the flap/slat control lever.
(2) Put WARNING NOTICE(S) in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.
(3) As necessary, use the applicable SAFETY BARRIERS, specified by the operator's instructions and your local regulations.
B. Get Access
(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE below the applicable engine pylon, zone 471(481).
(2) Remove the applicable pylon-to-wing access panels (Ref. AMM TASK 54-53-11-000-002):
(a) For the left wing:
(b) For the right wing:
4. Procedure(1) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 3M (10 FT)- ADJUSTABLE below the applicable engine pylon, zone 471(481).
(2) Remove the applicable pylon-to-wing access panels (Ref. AMM TASK 54-53-11-000-002):
(a) For the left wing:

A. Preparation for Inspection
(1) Use a clean Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) , made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) , to clean:
Subtask 57-20-00-280-057-A (1) Use a clean Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) , made moist with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) , to clean:
- the area around the hot fuel-recirculation hole at Rib bay 7-8 between stringer 4 and stringer 5.
B. Special Detailed Inspection (HFEC) of Outer Wing, Bottom Skin Lower Surface, Hot Fuel-Recirculation Hole at Rib-bay 7-8, between Stringer 4 and Stringer 5
(1) Examine the applicable inspection area NTM 572057.
5. Close-up(1) Examine the applicable inspection area NTM 572057.
NOTE: If necessary, refer to the SRM 572100 for the correct repair procedure. If the defect is not included in this repair, you must request a procedure from AIRBUS.

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the applicable pylon-to-wing access panels (Ref. AMM TASK 54-53-11-400-002):
(a) For the left wing:

B. Removal of Equipment
(1) Remove the safety barriers.
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Remove the 98D27803500001 LOCKING TOOL ZERO POS from the flap/slat control lever.
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(1) Remove the safety barriers.
(2) Remove the access platform(s).
(3) Remove the 98D27803500001 LOCKING TOOL ZERO POS from the flap/slat control lever.
(4) Remove the WARNING NOTICE(S).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
