A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the fuel safety procedures have been obeyed (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001), (Ref. AMM TASK 28-10-00-910-001).
   (2) Make sure that the access covers are removed (Ref. AMM TASK 57-17-11-000-001).
   (3) Make sure that the applicable inner wing tank is defueled (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-00-650-001) or the fuel is moved from the applicable inner wing tank (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-00-869-001).

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
   (1) Make sure that the fuel safety procedures have been obeyed (Ref. AMM TASK 28-00-00-910-001)
   (2) Make sure that the access cover 148AZ is removed (Ref. AMM TASK 57-17-11-000-001)
   (3) Defuel the applicable inner wing tank (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-00-650-001) or transfer the fuel of the applicable inner wing tank (Ref. AMM TASK 28-25-00-869-001).
4. Procedure
Subtask 57-17-11-914-050-A
A. Preparation for the Installation of the Access Door at RIB1
   (1) Clean the contact surface of the seal (14) on the access door (13) with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a lint-free cotton cloth Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
   (2) Apply Silicone Adhesive Sealant-Solvant Resistant One part - (Material No.06CDD1) on a new seal (14), on the face in contact with the door (13).
   (3) Put the AIPC 57-17-05-02-080 SEAL (14) or AIPC 57-17-85-02-080 SEAL (14) on the frame of the door (13).
   (4) Clean the surface around the door (13) with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.
08BAA9) to remove unwanted sealant.

B. Installation of the Access Door at RIB1
   (1) Put the access door (13) in position on the frame at RIB1.
NOTE: Hold the access door (13) in position when you install the fasteners.
   (2) Install the washers (17), (15) and the bolts (18), (16).
   (3) TORQUE the bolts (18), (16) to between 0.9 and 0.8 m.daN (79.65 and 70.80 lbf.in ) T.
   (4) Install the washers (12) and the bolts (11).
   (5) TORQUE the bolts (11) to between 1.8 and 1.6 m.daN (13.27 and 11.80 lbf.ft ) T.

B. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the access covers 147AZ 148AZ (Ref. AMM TASK 57-17-11-400-001).
   (3) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
Subtask 57-17-11-420-052-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
B. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the access cover 148AZ (Ref. AMM TASK 57-17-11-400-001).
   (3) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
