A. Get Access
(1) Open MLG door 734 ( 744) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
(2) Put the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position at zone 147 (148).
(3) Remove access cover 147AZ ( 148AZ) (Ref. AMM TASK 57-17-11-000-001).
(4) Use the FLASHLIGHT for the inspection, if necessary.

Subtask 57-10-00-110-091-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and the Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .

4. Procedure
Subtask 57-10-00-220-066-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Inspection
(1) Do a detailed inspection of the stringer web at the junction with the strut attach fittings for damage or discontinuities. This inspection is applicable at stringers 2, 3, 8, 9, 15 and 16 of the center wing box.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
(a) Corrosion damage:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 512200) for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 511100) for the damage types, classification and corrective action.

5. Close-up
Subtask 57-10-00-410-104-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install access cover 147AZ ( 148AZ) (Ref. AMM TASK 57-17-11-400-001).
(3) Remove the access platform(s).
(4) Close MLG door 734 ( 744) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
