3. Job Set-up

A. Get Access
   (1) If the galleys and the lavatories are installed, remove them between frames 36 and 42. To do this, refer to the paragraph Component Location in the applicable ATA 25 Description/Operation:
   (2) If necessary, remove the applicable passenger seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-000-001).
   (3) Remove the applicable cabin floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-32-12-000-002).
   (4) Remove the applicable insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).

B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
   (1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
   (2) If the inspection area is not sufficiently clean, clean it with the Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
4. Procedure
Subtask 57-10-00-220-065-A
A. Inspection
   (1) Use the FLASHLIGHT and the MIRROR - INSPECTION for this inspection.
   (2) Do a detailed inspection of the elliptical holes of the upper-panel floor beam for damage or discontinuities. This inspection includes the area between Frames 36 and 42 at Y=+/-254, Y=+/-765 and Y=+/-1292.
   (3) Make sure that there is no:
     (a) Corrosion:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 512200 for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
     (b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual SRM 511100 for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the removed insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
   (3) Install the removed cabin floor panels (Ref. AMM TASK 53-32-12-400-002).
   (4) Install the removed passenger seats (Ref. AMM TASK 25-21-41-400-001).
   (5) Install the removed galleys and lavatories between frames 36 and 42. To do this, refer to the paragraph Component Location in the applicable ATA 25 Description/Operation:
