Subtask 53-41-00-010-213-A

A. Get Access
(1) Open the applicable emergency exit doors (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-010-001).
(2) Remove the applicable door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-000-010).
(3) Remove the applicable insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
(4) Remove the fasteners from the inspection area SRM 514211.

B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection areas are sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection.

WARNING: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.

(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) Make sure that the inspection areas are dry before you continue.

4. Procedure
Subtask 53-41-00-220-099-A

A. Special Detailed Inspection
(1) Do the special detailed inspection (ROTO) of the rivet holes in the splice plate of the butt joint at FR 47.3. Do this between STGR 10 and STGR 12, internal surface, LH/RH, NTM 534184.
(2) Write a report if you find damage during the inspection procedure.
(3) If you find damage:
(a) Refer to the ASRM SRM 511100 for the class of damage.
(b) If you find corrosion damage:

Refer to the ASRM SRM 512200 for the general corrosion data
Refer to the ASRM SRM 51740000 for the repair of the corroded areas.

Refer to the ASRM SRM 51730000 for the repair of the minor damage
Refer to the ASRM SRM 53001202 for the correct repair procedure.

5. Close-up
Subtask 53-41-00-410-209-A

A. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the fasteners in the inspection area SRM 514211.
(3) Install the applicable insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(4) Install the applicable door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-47-400-010).
(5) Close the applicable emergency exit doors (Ref. AMM TASK 52-22-00-410-001).
