A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Remove the waste service-panel door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-42-11-000-001).
(2) Open the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Remove the aft cargo-compartment partition (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-001).
Subtask 53-41-00-010-209-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the waste service-panel door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-42-11-000-001).
(2) Open the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3) Remove the aft cargo-compartment partition (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-001).

(2) Open the bulk cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-006).
(3) Remove the aft cargo-compartment partition (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-001).
Subtask 53-41-00-860-099-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Remove the waste service-panel door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-42-11-000-001).
(2) Open the bulk cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-006).
(3) Remove the aft cargo-compartment partition (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-000-001).
B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If there is a TPS layer and if it does not let you do a satisfactory inspection, remove the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(4) Remove the fasteners to inspect the holes ( SRM 514200).
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
(2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
(3) If there is a TPS layer and if it does not let you do a satisfactory inspection, remove the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(4) Remove the fasteners to inspect the holes ( SRM 514200).
Subtask 53-41-00-220-097-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Inspection
(1) Do a special detailed inspection (Roto) of internal doubler, five rivets from the corners, which attach the doubler and the cap at the waste-service panel cutout for damage or discontinuities. Do this from Stringer 35 to Stringer 39, RH, ( NTM 534185).
(2) Make a report of the damage after the NTM inspection:
(a) Corrosion damage:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 512200) for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
(b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 511100) for the damage types, classification and corrective action.
Subtask 53-41-00-420-058-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Do a special detailed inspection (Roto) of internal doubler, five rivets from the corners, which attach the doubler and the cap at the waste-service panel cutout for damage or discontinuities. Do this from Stringer 35 to Stringer 39, RH, ( NTM 534185).
(2) Make a report of the damage after the NTM inspection:

B. Installation of the Component
(1) Refer to the installation drawing in the SRM identification section for the new fastener references.
(2) Install the fasteners of the inspected holes ( SRM 514200).
Subtask 53-41-00-916-112-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Refer to the installation drawing in the SRM identification section for the new fastener references.
(2) Install the fasteners of the inspected holes ( SRM 514200).
C. Check and Application of the TPS Layer
(1) If the TPS was removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area", apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(2) If the TPS was not removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area", do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(3) If the TPS layer has local damage, remove the damaged TPS layer and apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
5. Close-up(1) If the TPS was removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area", apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(2) If the TPS was not removed at the "Preparation of the Inspection Area", do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(3) If the TPS layer has local damage, remove the damaged TPS layer and apply a new layer of Corrosion Preventive Compound_Water Displacing Soft Film - (Material No.12ABC1) (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
NOTE: If, after the check of the condition and integrity, the TPS layer is in the correct condition, Airbus recommends that you apply a new layer as a spray on the existing layer. This is to make sure that the TPS layer continues to give satisfactory corrosion protection.
Subtask 53-41-00-410-205-A ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL
A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the aft cargo-compartment partition (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-400-001).
(3) Close the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(4) Install the waste service-panel door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-42-11-400-001).
(5) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
Subtask 53-41-00-410-205-B ** ON A/C NOT FOR ALL (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
(2) Install the aft cargo-compartment partition (Ref. AMM TASK 25-55-12-400-001).
(3) Close the aft cargo-compartment door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(4) Install the waste service-panel door (Ref. AMM TASK 52-42-11-400-001).
