3. Job Set-up
Subtask 53-41-00-010-202-A
A. Get Access
   (1) Open aft passenger/crew door 832 and 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-010-001).
   (2) Remove the door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-003) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-000-004).
   (3) Remove ceiling panels 261CC and 262CC. (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-000-002).
   (4) Remove the insulation blankets from the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-000-001).
NOTE: Identify the insulation blankets for installation.

B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
   (1) Make sure that the inspection area is sufficiently clean to do a satisfactory inspection of the area.
   (2) If not, clean the inspection area with Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) .
   (3) Remove the sealant and/or paint from the inspection area if this is necessary for the Non-destructive Testing Manual (NTM) task.
4. Procedure
Subtask 53-41-00-220-089-A
A. Inspection
   (1) Do a special detailed inspection of the fuselage internal structure for damage or discontinuities.
     (a) Do this on the area between stringer 4 and stringer 5 from lateral FR 68 joint to upper FR 68, LH/RH.
Refer to NTM 534127.
   (2) Make a report of the damage after the NTM inspection:
     (a) Corrosion damage:
If you find corrosion, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 512200) for the corrosion types, inspection, removal and subsequent corrosion protection.
     (b) Other damage (scratches, cracks, gouges, dents, creases):
If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual ( SRM 511100) for the damage types, classification and corrective action.

B. Sealant or Paint Application
   (1) If the NTM procedure asked to remove the sealant and/or paint from the inspection area, apply sealant ( SRM 512400) or paint ( SRM 512300) on the inspection area.
5. Close-up
Subtask 53-41-00-410-198-A
A. Close Access
   (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tools and other items.
   (2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. AMM TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
   (3) Install ceiling panels 261CC and 262CC. (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-42-400-002).
   (4) Install the door frame linings (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-008) and (Ref. AMM TASK 25-23-45-400-005).
   (5) Close aft passenger/crew door 832 and 842 (Ref. AMM TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
   (6) Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
