A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Put an ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) - ADJUSTABLE in position below the inspection area.

B. Preparation of the Inspection Area
(1) Make sure that the outer surface of the inspection area is clean and smooth.
(3) If necessary, make the outer surface of the inspection area smooth with the CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 280).
(4) Make sure the inspection area is dry before you continue.
(5) Do a visual inspection of the outer surface of the inspection area. Look for damage, and defects in the shape of the surface.
(6) If you find damage :
(a) Refer to the ASRM SRM 511100 for the classification of the damage.
(b) If you find corrosion damage:
4. Procedure(1) Make sure that the outer surface of the inspection area is clean and smooth.
WARNING:
OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE THIS/THESE MATERIAL/S.
USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
WARNING:
MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS A GOOD FLOW OF AIR THROUGH THE WORK AREA WHEN YOU USE SPECIAL MATERIALS.
IF YOU GET ONE OF THESE MATERIALS ON YOUR SKIN, IN YOUR MOUTH OR IN YOUR EYES:
(2) If necessary, clean the outer surface of the inspection area with the Non Aqueous Cleaner-General - - (Material No.08BAA9) and a Textile-Lint free Cotton - (Material No.14SBA1) . - FLUSH IT AWAY WITH A FLOW OF CLEAN WATER FOR BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MINUTES.
- GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL AID IF IRRITATION OCCURS.
(3) If necessary, make the outer surface of the inspection area smooth with the CLOTH-EMERY (GRADE 280).
(4) Make sure the inspection area is dry before you continue.
(5) Do a visual inspection of the outer surface of the inspection area. Look for damage, and defects in the shape of the surface.
(6) If you find damage :
(a) Refer to the ASRM SRM 511100 for the classification of the damage.
(b) If you find corrosion damage:
- refer to the ASRM SRM 512200 for the general corrosion data
- refer to the ASRM SRM 51740000 for the repair of the corroded areas.
- Refer to the ASRM SRM 51730000 for the repair of the minor damage.
Subtask 53-41-00-220-051-A
A. Special Detailed Inspection
(1) Do the special detailed inspection NTM 534139 of the internal doubler, FWD and AFT of the cutout for the water service panel. Do this externally between the STGR38 and the STGR42 positions, LH only.
(2) Write a report about the damage you find during the inspection procedure.

(2) Write a report about the damage you find during the inspection procedure.
NOTE: No repair data is given in the ASRM SRM 534111 for the doubler of the cutout for the water service panel. If the doubler is damaged:
- you must contact AIRBUS INDUSTRIE for the necessary corrective action procedure.

A. Repair of the Surface Protection
(1) If necessary, repair the paint coating in the inspection area (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-12-300-003) or (Ref. AMM TASK 51-75-12-300-001).

B. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
