Subtask 53-41-00-210-135-A
A. Detailed Visual Inspection Procedure
(1) Do a detailed visual inspection of the lower-corners internal-structure of the AFT passenger/crew door-cutout above cabin floor level at FR66 and FR68 from STGR22 to STGR23 and around girt bar fitting, LH/RH.
(a) Look for corrosion and other damage to the door-cutout lower-corners internal- structure and to the surface protection.
(2) If you find corrosion damage:
(a) Refer to the ASRM SRM 51220000 for the general corrosion-protection data.
(b) Repair the corroded areas (Ref. AMM TASK 51-74-11-300-001).
(3) If you find other damage to the metal parts:
(a) Refer to the ASRM SRM 511100 for classification of the damage.
(b) Refer to the ASRM SRM 511111 for the allowable damage limits.
(c) Repair the minor damage (Ref. AMM TASK 51-73-11-300-001) or (Ref. AMM TASK 51-73-11-300-004).
Subtask 53-41-00-916-088-A (1) Do a detailed visual inspection of the lower-corners internal-structure of the AFT passenger/crew door-cutout above cabin floor level at FR66 and FR68 from STGR22 to STGR23 and around girt bar fitting, LH/RH.
(a) Look for corrosion and other damage to the door-cutout lower-corners internal- structure and to the surface protection.

B. Application of Temporary Protection System
(2) If there is a TPS layer, do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(4) If you used solvents, high-pressure water, steam and/or cleaning agents to clean the TPS layer:
(a) Apply a full new layer of TPS on the inspection area, as recommended in the MPD (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(b) If there is no TPS layer, apply a new layer of TPS on the inspection area, as recommended in the MPD (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
(5) Remove the masking paper or the masking tape.
5. Close-upWARNING:
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU USE CONSUMABLE MATERIALS. OBEY THE MATERIAL MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND YOUR LOCAL REGULATIONS.
CAUTION:
DO NOT APPLY TEMPORARY PROTECTION ON THE OXYGEN SYSTEMS.
MAKE SURE THAT THE TEMPORARY PROTECTION DOES NOT GET:
(1) Apply masking paper or masking tape Adhesive Film Tape-Masking - - (Material No.05RDA1) on the equipment and fittings adjacent to the area. - ON COMPOSITE PARTS, CONTROL CABLES, PULLEYS,TEFLON BEARINGS.
- ON LUBRICATED SURFACES.

(2) If there is a TPS layer, do a check of the condition and integrity of the TPS layer (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001).
NOTE: Airbus recommends that you always apply a new layer of TPS. This is to make sure that the TPS layer continues to give satisfactory corrosion protection. Make sure that the TPS layer is in the correct condition after the check. If the TPS is in the correct condition, apply a new layer as a spray on the remaining layer.
(3) Replace the damaged TPS layer with a new layer of TPS on the inspection area, as recommended in the MPD (Ref. AMM TASK 51-78-00-916-001). (4) If you used solvents, high-pressure water, steam and/or cleaning agents to clean the TPS layer:
